The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility of Ecuador announced through Ministerial Agreement No. 80 of May 10, 2021 that as of May 17, 2021, it establishes the visa requirement for nationals of the following countries:
1. Haiti
2. Republic of Congo
3. Mali
4. Ivory Coast
5. Myanmar
Exception: Passengers carrying diplomatic, official or special passports, under reciprocal visa exemption by virtue of multilateral and bilateral agreements signed by the Republic of Ecuador.
